Our aim is to help the industry create the ability to continuously improve. This can be achieved by LP practising what we preach...constantly improving our delivery and services, challenging ourselves to work with “doing” companies (as opposed to companies that just talk the talk) and helping them engineer world beating performance. After agreeing the objectives at Board level, we work with cross functional teams in order to fully understand the process in focus. Your team is empowered to make the changes necessary to drive out waste, under the guidance of our practitioners. This is a “learning by doing” approach; the goal is to transfer knowledge to your people in order that sustainability of improvement is achieved. People become “engaged” when they realise that they can make a difference, know how to do it and know they have senior management support.
